Something happened today that hasn't happened in 18 months, I paid attention in Sunday School AND Relief Society. What, you may ask suddenly brought on this sudden attentiveness? Why, the absense of Mitchell of course. He survived his first official day of nursery. He'd actually been to nursery before in other wards and he was totally fine with it. I was a little worried about nursery here however, he is the only kid there and it's kind of slim pickings in the toy department. So we dropped him off thinking he wouldn't be there long. But I didn't see him again for two hours. It was such a good feeling to be able to learn in Church again, I've missed that. When we went to pick him up his teacher reported that he cried for 'Mommy' a little at first, but then he was good the rest of the time. I figure that's the perfect outcome for me. He was sad that I wasn't there, but he was okay to stay in there in play. I probably would have been sad if he hadn't missed me at all, but frustrated if he missed me too much. I still can't believe he's old enough to be in the nursery. That was always some distant thing. Stop growing up so fast!

Yay for Mitchell and and yay for Kelsey. This is a very big day indeed.
Hmmm - sounds like it's time for another one. We don't want you to get too comfortable! Dad is planning to provide a lot of "cookas" and "diet Pepsis" while we're down there, so you may have a few behavioral issues to deal with after we leave. See you next week.
Yeah for Lil Mitch and his nursery-wise ways. I told you- there's something about sending off that 1st kid to Nursery...suddenly you're BABY-LESS!
Hey! Miracle of Miracles I am reading your blog! I am happy that you have Lee back and so happy that Mitchell is in nursery. It is about the best feeling in the world to drop off your baby and enjoy uninterupted Sunday School and Relief Society... until you get called into primary... luckily you don't have one! Love you!
