Visitors!

We just had a lovely visit from the grandparents. It was great to see them, as usual. We live too dang far away. We don't get to see them too often. Mitchell of course enjoyed having extra people there to pay attention to him, and thanks to Grandma working him out he's a lot closer to crawling. It was also nice to have them there because they are hard little workers! They got a bunch of stuff done around the house. My mom lined shelves, totally cleaned up the garage, sewed a few crafty things, and the list goes on. My dad was a big help in the yard. It looks much better than it did when they got here! He was also helpful in solving the mystery of the automatic sprinkler timer. All in all, the house is better for the time they spent here. I guess next time they come we should just let them relax and enjoy their trip.

OH sweet. The skills of parents cannot be under estimated when it comes to helping out with a new home. THere's so much to learn! Post some new house pics when you get the chance!

You have to do the tag thing- this is me bossing you around from 2 states away. I'll get you started with 3 interesting things about you:
1. Your hair looked a little mussed at your wedding reception because...
2. Your greatest fear is..."PA! Pa!"
3. The sound of silverware screeching on a plate gives you...

There! You're halfway thru! You know you love me.

Okay see I thought you looked just like your dad. Now seeing your dad and your mom together next to your wedding picture I'm leaning towards mom. Good little blend though. Genetics is so fun. I miss you. Where are you? I called yesterday. I don't remember why. What are you doing today? We need to hang out a.s.a.p. When is Lee off? We've got our yard all cleaned up and now the sandbox. Mitchell might enjoy eating some sand. Okay those cake mix cookies. Pure Evil! I've made them twice now. The latest batch was the chocolate mix with white chips. I was suppose to give them to people but no. We ate them. Hmm I'm babbling now. This has become less of a comment and more of a monologue. I'll call you today if I don't hear from you first. Love, Mande
