Okay, so apparently there's a blog thing going around which involves being 'tagged' by another blogger. So dear Jayna tagged me, which means that I'm supposed to come up with 6 interesting things about myself. I gotta say, this was hard to do. It took me forever to come up with these things, sorry if they're not interesting.
1. I talk to the T.V. I mock the characters, I give them advice, I point out things that bug me, etc. Lee tells me it used to drive him crazy, but he's gotten used to it. He's even been known to do it himself once or twice. He also tells me my mom does the same thing.
2. My maiden name was Poole, and my married name is Pooley. It was a big change. And no, that easy transition is not the reason I married Lee.
3. A long time goal/wish of mine was to marry an Indian. This dream began after watching 'The Last of the Mohicans'. And I'm proud to say I was able to realize that dream.
4. I despise barnacles. They completely gross me out. I have no idea why, it's just always been that way. Just thinking about them is making me a little bit sick. Funny thing is I once thought I wanted to be a marine biologist. Dumb! Especially considering the fact that the ocean terrifies me. Too much deep open water, there could be anything in there.
5. I'm not Jewish, but I refuse to eat pork. I can't really give a solid reason why. I have no issues eating cows and chickens, for some reason pork is just too much for me. Maybe it's a texture thing. Lee tried to get me to eat a hot dog a couple of years ago, I threw most of it over the fence when he wasn't looking.
6. I sit really close to the steering wheel when I drive. I have been made fun of for this more times than I can count. I am about a foot taller than Lee's sister, but we have the car seat set the same distance from the steering wheel. I don't know why.

Hey- I didn't know you wanted to marry an Indian! The mother is always the last to know. And I don't talk to the TV unless the person is doing something stupid, like not looking behind them when the scary guy is about to clonk them over the head - or when the show is SO DUMB I can't stand it. Mitch watches a lot of shows like that.
Hey, I talk to the TV, too. Have you even seen Mystery Science Theatre 3000? Very funny. All they do is talk to the TV. And there's an episode called Mitchell. If you haven't experienced the wonder of MST3000, you should really check it out.
Pod People is my favorite MST3000. Have you seen it?
