We're currently in the midst of some pretty ridiculous yard mess. Who knew it could be so complicated to get your yard landscaped. I'll blog more about it when I can think about it without wanting to kill myself, but suffice it to say that we're stressed out enough that at least every other night one of us has a yard nightmare. The other night I woke up in the middle of the night so mad at Lee because he made me finish the entire yard all by myself. In my half-awake state I didn't realize that it had been a dream and in my anger I left to sleep on the couch. There are just other things that I would rather be thinking about, I'm having a baby in 5 weeks for crying out loud! I'm terrified he's going to come early, I need a full five weeks, no less!
On a happier note, here's what Mitchell has been up to lately:
Swimming with his buddy Jade.
Playing at the river.
Bathtub painting.
Eating oranges.
And on a completely unrelated note, the other day I was brushing my teeth and went to spit and found myself face to face with a scorpion. Yep, scorpion in the sink. Good times.

we miss you guys!
Oh mylanta. I see things have eased up with you either. So...did that crazy developer ever talk to you guys about his scare tactics with the landscaping lady? I assume that's where the stress is coming from.
On a side note, I believe you're using the term "river" a little loosely. That is looking more "puddle" like to me.
And, as much drama as it has entailed, your yard looks fabulous in those pictures!! Perfect for Mitchell and Anja to enjoy!
Your yard looks great from the picture. I see your square foot gardens- good times. As for the scorpion in the sink, well, I don't have anything to say about that.
Hi Kelsey - I guess you don't have to tell Jayna and Natalie that that isn't a picture of your yard in the pictures - if they think it looks nice - well who needs to tell them it's your friend's yard? I am sure that after a few days of having Ben down there everything will be ship shape (sort of) Good Luck - see you in about two weeks!
