Portrait of a small boy
He's real big into accessorizing these days. Super hero masks, baseball hats, anything he can find laying around the house. Back in his younger days he was so calm and mellow half the time we forgot he was there. Times have changed, he is not shy at all about letting us know how things are in his world. Since he refuses to talk he gets his point across with lots of grunting, gesturing, and squealing. We assume that at some point soon he'll decide to use some actual words. He believes that kisses should be open mouthed and very slobbery. He hasn't realized that he's a tiny little person, he's pretty sure he's at least as big as his brothers and wants to do everything they do. He gets really upset in the swimming pool when you won't set him free to swim on his own. Which we can't do because of course, he can't swim and would sink like a rock. Don't try to tell him that though. He gets involved in all wrestling and yelling that goes on around here. His favorite activities include climbing up on the kitchen table, pushing buttons he's not supposed to push, and eating markers. He thinks being told no is an invitation to do it faster before someone stops you. He's turning into one of those kids that you would be unwise to leave in a room alone, he seems to be a magnet for trouble and wild times. I anticipate that he will grow up to be a base jumper or race car driver.

He is growing up so much! Where did your baby go? And he's so beautiful! (Can you call a boy beautiful? I just did.) Love that age, even though it sounds like he's giving you a run for your money!
We need to come
See you guys soon! This picture is amazing. What a cutie
Well, I can't say that you are getting what you deserve because you were never a rotten kid - but neither is he, he's just a "he". I recall thinking one day when our house was full of crazy kids that I would rather have them doing that than laying in a hospital bed with a lot of tubes hanging all over because they had leukemia or something. It always helps me to keep things in perspective!
