A scorpion crawled out from underneath the TV stand last night. Allow me to repeat that, a scorpion crawled out from underneath the TV stand last night. Yes, it was a small one, and yes, Lee was there to smash it with a shoe, but I was somewhat horrified. Not many hours before that Mitchell was playing near the TV stand. And now I'm stuck with the image of that scorpion crawling out to get him. Lee tells me not to worry, if it stung him it wouldn't kill him. And if we were lucky he would become 'Scorpion Boy', like Spiderman, only smaller. I don't feel better. I'm still somewhat horrified.

SCORPION BOY? Oh no no no! You'd best to be getting some of those crazy bug traps from Lowes that you hide under furniture (out of little hands reach) to take care of your poisonous insect problem. They're just sticky, not treated with chemicals, so even if he did manage to get one, no harm done. THat gives me the creeps...literally. Have I mentioned lately how bug free Boise is in the winter? THat desk job is clearly calling Mr. Pooley...
That is NUTS! I've actually never seen a scorpion in real life but I'm sure they're sick. The scorpion boy thing is funny though, your husband sounds hillarious.
